Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AbhiTrade (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AbhiTrade is a simulated paper-trading platform for educational and practice purposes only. All balances, orders, positions, and P&L are virtual. Market prices shown may be live or mirrored from NSE/BSE data, but nothing you do on the platform constitutes a real securities transaction, and no real money is ever deposited, traded, or withdrawn through AbhiTrade.

Nothing on this platform is investment advice. AbhiTrade is not a registered broker, investment advisor, or exchange, and simulated results are not indicative of results you would achieve trading with real capital.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your username/PIN or Google sign-in secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person; do not share your login credentials.

Certain features require a paid subscription (currently a 15-day or 1-month pass), charged in Indian Rupees and processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions grant access to platform features only — they do not constitute an investment, deposit, or any real financial instrument. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a subscription period has started.

• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or authentication.
• Do not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service.
• Do not misrepresent simulated results as real trading performance to third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Security → Delete Account. This immediately deactivates your account and removes your personal identifiers; see our Privacy Policy for details. Deletion does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed, mirrored, or occasionally unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbhiTrade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions you make in real trading based on simulated results.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of the OTP/login system or attempts to circumvent rate limiting or payment requirements.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
